Quality Systems for Superior Metal Stamping
Since 1949, Johnson and Hoffman has been synonymous with superior quality metal stamping and deep drawn parts. Our quality control department closely monitors the entire production from inspection of raw materials to spot checks of finished products to deliver a superior final product. Our ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2000 registered quality assurance is supported by routine in-house training and consultation.
Control plans, certificates of compliance, and capability studies are important to maintain quality control. Johnson and Hoffman follows the failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) procedure to analytically approach potential failure modes and their associated causes. Our engineers can use these analytics to avoid possible failures by altering the development or manufacturing process as needed and ensure the product will meet your defined requirements with our commitment to quality.
Continuous Quality Improvements and Environmental Protection
To achieve the most efficient and total quality system, continuous improvements are always made by Johnson and Hoffman. With the complete participation of all team members and implementation of our quality control into every task, our facilities function effectively to result in high quality products. In addition to our quality control
programs, Johnson and Hoffman also has an extensive
environmental protection policy to ensure our
production is environmentally
responsible. We use no ozone depleting substances
and 100% solvent-free degreasing and have earned
the prestigious IRMCO Environmental Improvement
Award.
