As a precision metal stamping company, we design and build our tooling in-house to guarantee consistent quality for the life of your stampings or deep drawn parts. We also maintain a vast library of custom parts, tools, and techniques to be able to produce components similar to your current needs.
Utilizing the latest CAD/KEY and Solid Works software, Johnson and Hoffman is able to engineer and produce simple and complex shapes with tolerances as close as .0001.” Our experienced team of engineers will collaborate with you to assist in creating highly detailed designs based on your ideas. The CAD design is then transferred to the machining center for prototyping and eventual production.
Our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment feature an extensive line of on-site tooling equipment, including:
